1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

      • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (Domestic orders).
      • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (Domestic orders).
      • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (Domestic orders) for orders placed by 12 PM EST (Mon-Fri).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


2. Processing Time

      • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Processing includes verifying payment, preparing your order, and handing it off to the carrier for shipment.
      • Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, order size, weight, and delivery location. You will see the exact shipping fee at checkout before completing your purchase.

      • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within the contiguous United States).
      • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. International Shipping

      • Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their respective governments. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

      • Customs Delays: QuickRapic is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional delays depending on your country’s customs regulations.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order’s progress. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking section on our website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

      • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for certain carriers. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

      • Undeliverable Packages: If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we will contact you for further clarification. If we do not hear back within a reasonable time frame, your order may be canceled, and you may be subject to a restocking fee.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, damage or loss can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please take the following steps:

      • Report Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

      • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. QuickRapic is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier to open a case.


8. Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.
